FRIENDS OF THE IXCHEL MUSEUM (FOIM)

Since 1990 the Ixchel Museum has counted on the continued sponsorship of Friends of the Ixchel Museum (FOIM), a US foundation dedicated to promoting the work of the museum among the Guatemalan public.  They have helped to sponsor the education program, the translations, and the publications of the museum in English, as well as the production in Spanish and in English of three video-tapes, the renovation of the permanent exhibitions, our current web page and, more recently, the temporary exhibition titled COFRADIA: TEXTURE AND COLOR, among other projects.  If you wish to know more about FOIM, click here to learn more.
