Dos lienzos. Huipil que cubría la imagen del niño que sostiene la Virgen del Rosario, según dan fe algunas ancianas de la comunidad. Note que como recuerdo, se le bordó ‘Victoria Joaquin y familia’, quienes se lo ofrendaron a dicha imagen.
This huipil is made with two cloth panels sown together by hand. According to elderly women from the community, it was used to cover the image of the child that is held by Our Lady of the Rosary. Note that the name of the woman who gave the garment as an offering is embroidered on it: ‘Victoria Joaquin y familia’ [Victoria Joaquin and her family].
